We believe everyone has the right to feel safe and included. We are committed to providing each patron, guest, artist, employee, agent and/or promoter a welcoming and enjoyable experience regardless of gender, gender status, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religious beliefs, physical disability, mental disability, marital and/or family status and source of income. We believe that each individual has an important role in creating  Safer Spaces. We are working to create comprehensive policies across each of our businesses where every individual has dignity and respect and understands their rights and responsibilities.

We do not tolerate any form of harassment, abusive and/or discriminative behaviour.

We will continue to update our policies based on the needs of our community. If you have any questions or comments please contact us at info@starliteroom.ca.

Although Sled Island helped us immensely with the creation of our Safer Spaces and Inclusion Policies, this document does not represent all of Sled Islands own initiatives, nor is Sled Island affiliated with the Starlite Room, River City Revival House or ConcertWorks. We are a couple of like minded friends looking to improve the safety and comfort for all involved, particularly in the Music & Arts Community!
