The Edmonton Downtown Business association presents Edmonton’s First Annual Harvest Fest celebrates the bounty of the fall harvest with Downtown restaurants showing off their culinary artistry using seasonally inspired ingredients, and we are uber excited to be a part of it!

Getting Piggy Wit It
In-house smoked and cured bacon, black forest ham, and Sylvan Star Gouda, topped with a poached egg, covered in white wine hollandaise sauce on top our KoRn bread served with a side of sweet potato hash.
The Grapeful Fed
Roasted grapes, candied walnuts, feta and kale salad.
Don’t Go Bacon My Heart
House smoked and cured bacon, Sylvan Star cheddar, B.C McIntosh red apple, roasted shallot aioli on Vienna Bakery sourdough, accompanied by smoked tomato bisque.
Smoked tomato bisque, served with a side of jalapeno and cheddar or traditional KoRn bread.
The Pumpkin In The Coconut
Thai curry pumpkin coconut soup, served with a side of jalepeno and cheddar or traditional KoRn bread.

Smoke infused Alberta strip-loin, topped with bacon and onion confit served with dirty coconut rice and Nat King Coleslaw
Smoke On The Lager
Brisket smoked in house and then finished in a Sea Change braise, topped with Grizzlar coffee BBQ sauce, served with potato and bacon salad and roasted brussels sprouts
Born To Be Wild
Family fungi wild mushrooms and brussels sprouts on puff pastry with a Sylvan Star cheddar and cream sauce. Served with a side of dirty rice.
The Yam Is The Power That Be
Yam cheesecake with candied walnuts and caramel sauce.
Apple Bottom Cream
Bread pudding with Jim Beam apple whiskey sauce, topped with a scoop of butterscotch ice cream.
